Seafood lovers where are you? As we explore the Southern Coastline of Cape Town. Seafood is a commodity, join the ride as we dive deep into the South Coast. We explore the rich history, culture and seafood of the Southern Coastline by train. Each seafood spot is super close to the train station with scenic views of the ocean and breathtaking mountains throughout the food experience. We explore 5 seafood spots and mingle with the people of the coast.
Effective Date: 01 January 2025 Thank you for choosing to explore our vibrant food tours with us. We understand that plans may change, so we've designed a fair cancellation policy to protect both our guests and our team.
Cancellations by Guests More than 72 hours before tour: Full refund. Between 72 and 24 hours before tour: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before tour or no-show: No refund. 2. Rescheduling Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the tour. Requests made less than 24 hours before the tour will be subject to a 25% rebooking fee and subject to availability. 3. Cancellations by the Operator If we cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered: A full refund, or A chance to reschedule the tour at no additional cost. 4. Group Bookings (5+ People) 50% deposit required to secure the booking.
Cancellations 7 days or more in advance: Full refund of deposit. Cancellations within 7 days: Deposit is non-refundable. 5. No-Shows Guests who do not arrive on time or fail to attend without notice will not receive a refund. 6. How to Cancel Cancellations must be made in writing via email to melanintravelsmagic.com & phumeyndwe@gmail.com Time of cancellation is based on the time the message is received.
