Authentic African Food Experience in the heart of the oldest Township in Cape Town that has a rich history, culture and a bussing background for food.
Flavours in this activity are super unique and close-up; meaning there is a lot of ‘’behind the scenes’’ moments going on while waiting for your food, you get to experience meals being prepared right in front of you without wasting any of your time.
We explore 7 different food stops while diving deep into the history, culture, arts & craft and storytelling.
Effective Date: 01 January 2025 Thank you for choosing to explore our vibrant food tours with us. We understand that plans may change, so we've designed a fair cancellation policy to protect both our guests and our team.
Cancellations by Guests More than 72 hours before tour: Full refund. Between 72 and 24 hours before tour: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before tour or no-show: No refund. 2. Rescheduling Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the tour. Requests made less than 24 hours before the tour will be subject to a 25% rebooking fee and subject to availability. 3. Cancellations by the Operator If we cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered: A full refund, or A chance to reschedule the tour at no additional cost. 4. Group Bookings (5+ People) 50% deposit required to secure the booking.
Cancellations 7 days or more in advance: Full refund of deposit. Cancellations within 7 days: Deposit is non-refundable. 5. No-Shows Guests who do not arrive on time or fail to attend without notice will not receive a refund. 6. How to Cancel Cancellations must be made in writing via email to melanintravelsmagic.com & phumeyndwe@gmail.com Time of cancellation is based on the time the message is received.
