Not a lot of communications, massive que which then made you late for the time you booked. This isn’t made clear anywhere that you arrive at your time to then wait potentially longer so make sure you don’t have anything else booked after.

Crowded, but still quite...
Crowded, but still quite enjoyable. The mirrors, on the floor, really made it look like you could fall through; And as a person who's afraid of heights, it was very challenging.

Family Time
The weather was foggy so we werent able to see the amazing views 😣. Usually the views make the experience. It was complete fog so not the best photo opp. Kids loved the balloon room and we're excited when they saw their faces on the clouds. Overall great experience minus the weather.

Long ques but move quite...
Long ques but move quite quickly, more staff needed for information when you arrive. I found the staff that were there very helpful and polite. Disappointed when told cash was not accepted in cafe area. Not enough seating area for the amount of traffic through dining area. Overall enjoyable experience and a must visit in New york.
