The view was very nice

The view was very nice but the process was very rushed and overwhelming. We were rushed through lines like they were herding cattle. I do like the pictures you can purchase at the end. They were actually affordable. Overall, great experience. I would just like to not feel rushed. It makes people very anxious.

Crowderd but worth it.

I am giving this four stars because of a couple of issues but want to be clear that I'd still recommend this activity. First, it's waaaaay overcrowded. Especially in the sphere/ball room. That was just too small for the amount of people there. The other thing is that their staff don't take pics with your camera at the glass box so good luck getting a family pic other than the official one. So my complaints aside, the views are spectacular up there. The sensory experiences are very well done. The hall of mirrors, the first one is big enough that the crowding is manageable. The ball one and the cafe area at the end are where it gets chaotic. You can move about between experiences on the same level but once you go up, you can't really come down till you exit. The first floor with the hall of mirrors is the most crowded. Tip, once you're done on that level, go up to level 2 for your pics and restroom to get some relief from the crowding. Level 2 lets you walk through the upper level of the hall of mirrors (not as cool, so spend time below first) and there is ample opportunity to get the same pics with the icons like Empire State or Chrysler. Glass box wait time was 10 minutes or so. Level 3 has the cafe and terrace. Just skip the cafe and walk out and then go all the way to the end of the terrace to get an awesome view of central park and your pics. Most people tarry at the cafe/start of the deck. You can come back to this zone. Lastly, don't get here super early as they are strict about your ticket entry times. When you do get checked in, just before the elevators there are these machines that you can use to scan your face. This allows some sort of interaction with an exhibit at level 2. No one told us this and nearly everyone in our time group kept walking past. In the end we didn't really care. I guess you don't know what you don't know. Props to them for not charging ungodly amounts for your photos. 25 as of this writing for the digital package, all pics and videos.
